Custom trips require custom pricing. Once we have created your itinerary, we total up all the costs for each night of your trip (campsites, hotel rooms, RV rental, etc), and we add on a nightly planning fee. This planning fee covers our time spent researching, planning and booking. It takes a lot of work on our end to put your itinerary together. If you have tried to plan your own RV vacation, you will know it is not a simple task.

Because each price is specific to your custom trip, it’s hard for us to put an exact number on it. Here is a great way to estimate what your cost may be:

Cost Estimates

RV RENTAL (ALL INCLUSIVE-COST) = $250-$550/night*

CAMPSITES = $35-$150/NIGHT

PINE ROAD PLANNING FEE = BEGINS AT $200/NIGHT**

*Please be aware that RV costs can fluctuate greatly based on time of year and what type of RV you rent

**OUR PLANNING FEE IS $200/NIGHT WHEN YOU ARE BOOKING AT LEAST 7 MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR TRIP. IF IT’S WITHIN 7 MONTHS, OUR NIGHTLY FEE GOES UP INCREMENTALLY

What costs are included in the price:

  • A personal Trip Planner 

  • Custom day-by-day itinerary 

  • All nightly accommodations (campsites and hotels) 

  • All-inclusive RV rental

  • Step-by-step RV-friendly driving directions and maps

  • Activity suggestions 

  • Annual National Parks Pass 

  • Tips and tricks on RVing and camping to make your trip as smooth as possible

What is not included in the trip price:

  • Airfare to/from your starting city 

  • Fuel for the RV

  • Park entrance fees not covered by the National Parks Pass (such as state parks)

  • Personal items such as laundry, groceries, meals, gratuities, etc.
